Number of students: 30

Warming Up: Bending exercises

Formal Part / Introduction

Explanation about "How to maintain self-hygiene?"

Hit the target Demo, Practice & Match
A group should be divided into two and form two towers with six cones. One team should stand behind the towers and another team should be ready to HIT THE TARGET and one by one come and try to demolish/ hit the towers. Between these two teams who score more points(hit) they will be the WINNERS.
