tournament.Once fix the date do not change.

8	Food and Refreshment committee	Three time food ,water bowl in ground,  two time snacks for all and every one hour juice/tea should available for officials
9	Announcement committee	Call the teams, announce the winning team in match
10	Committee on entries and programmes	Short out the list and share with transport committee, Boarding and lodging committee , Certificates writing committee, Prize distribution committee
11	Certificates writing committee	Collect all the teams and after losing  team write and give  participation certificates finally winners and runners will get winning certificates. Once ready send to Prize distribution committee
12	Prize distribution committee	After announce the students name distribute the certificate and medal/ trophy
13	First aid committee	Ambulance and doctor/nurse should be available in the ground
14	Financial committee	Collect the caution deposit and give voucher for that
15	Volunteers committee	Support for all committees.
